Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 20 and older who were discharged from all ICUs within the hospital and transferred to general wards.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who were discharged from the ICU under special circumstances despite not having improved: - Patients who were transferred to a general ward for end-of-life preparations. - Patients or their guardians who refused necessary ICU treatment. - Patients who were transferred to another hospital. Exclusions may also be made based on the judgment of the researchers.
