Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a) Adults between 19 and 70 years of age b) An individual who feels uncomfortable with psychological and mental health management or needs to be controlled and managed c) Employee of Korea University Anam Hospital or student of Korea University d) A person who understands and agrees to this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) If there is evidence of mental retardation or damage to the substrate brain b) A person currently receiving specialized mental health treatment due to major mental disorders (major mood disorders, anxiety disorders, articulation spectrum disorders, etc.) c) A person who does not have a smartphone or computer or has restrictions on its use
