Inclusion criteria: - Coordinator of Advance Care Planning working in tertiary general hospitals and general hospitals with the establishment of a medical institution ethics committee -Those who understand the purpose of this study and agree to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Those who do not wish to participate in the study -Health officials not related to life-sustaining treatment
