Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria - Chronic non-specific neck discomfort lasting more than 3 months and worse than 3/10 on a visual analogue scale (VAS) - Smartphone use for more than 1 year - Craniosacral angle of less than 54 degrees - Fully understand the content of this study and agree to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria - No dizziness or disorders affecting balance, and no respiratory illnesses - Restrictions on sitting and standing positions - Pregnant or planning to become pregnant - Those who do not agree to participate in this study
