Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Adults between 40 and 70 years of age who have urinary discomfort and have a BMI < 30 2) Perceived urinary discomfort refers to adults who indicated urinary discomfort as 4 or higher on the visual pain scale (VAS = 4) at the screening stage 3) Those who agree not to receive treatment or take medication for urinary discomfort during the study period 4) A person who can communicate smoothly and write a consent form of his/her own
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Those who are currently receiving treatment or taking medication for a urinary disease or urinary disorder 2) Those who have a history of surgery for urinary incontinence 3) Those who have been diagnosed with a brain disease such as Parkinson's disease, dementia, cognitive impairment, epilepsy, or stroke 4) Those who have a medical condition such as diabetes, decreased renal function, heart failure, or malignant disease 5) Those who have been diagnosed with acute herniated disc, acute cervical sprain, acute traumatic spinal disease, etc. 6) Those who have severe hearing or vision loss 7) Those who have a disease such as spinal cord disease, peripheral nerve disease, or myopathy 8) Those who are taking anticoagulants for thrombosis or embolism or have a disease that causes bleeding tendencies 9) Those who have a history of mental illness such as schizophrenia, severe depression, or anxiety disorder 10) Those who are receiving treatment for severe osteoporosis with a history of osteoporotic fractures 11) Those who have a serious skin disease or are using an implantable electronic device such as a pacemaker 12) Those who are currently pregnant 13) If the research team determines that participation in this study is not appropriate (for instance, participants with any other severe medical conditions, etc) 14) Those who are participating in another clinical study within the past 3 months.
