Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Adults over 65 years of age who do not have disabilities in performing daily activities and are active independently - Those who have no problems communicating - A person who can write a consent form of him/herself

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) For those who have been diagnosed with dementia, cognitive impairment, epilepsy, etc. 2) Walking is difficult due to degenerative spinal disease or joint disease 3) For those who have a lower extremity disability due to brain disease such as cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage, spinal cord disease, or neuromuscular disease 4) For those who are currently taking anticoagulants for thrombosis or embolism, or have a disease that causes bleeding tendencies 5) For those who have a history of mental illness such as schizophrenia, severe depression, or anxiety disorder. 6) If you have a serious neurological or medical disease such as cardiovascular disease. 6) For those with severe hearing or vision impairment 7) For those who are receiving treatment for severe osteoporosis or malignant disease 8) For those who have a serious skin disease or are using an implantable medical device such as a pacemaker 9) For those who are being treated for acute intervertebral disc herniation, acute spinal sprain or fracture, or traumatic spinal disease. 10) In other cases where the research team determines that it is not appropriate to participate in the study 11) For those who have participated in another clinical study within the last 3 months
