Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Elderly individuals aged 65 and older 2) Individuals with portable smart devices equipped with recording and photo-taking capabilities 3) Individuals capable of conducting and recording dietary intake surveys for two weeks 4) Individuals with a high level of digital literacy (those who responded "average" or above on the digital literacy assessment questionnaire)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Individuals with mild cognitive impairment or a history of dementia diagnosis 2) Individuals with severe visual or hearing impairments that cause communication difficulties 3) Individuals deemed by the researcher to be unable to participate in the study
