Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 19 and older Patients scheduled for discharge after their first percutaneous coronary intervention Patients without complications such as arrhythmia or heart failure Patients who will receive follow-up care through outpatient visits Patients who can use smartphone apps Patients who can read Korean and understand the content of the questionnaire Patients who understand the purpose of this study and agree to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with symptoms such as chest pain or discomfort Patients with neuromusculoskeletal disorders or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease that make it difficult to participate in the exercise program Patients who cannot continue the exercise program for other reasons Patients taking medications such as anxiolytics or antidepressants
