Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Students and employees of Jeju National University who have access to fresh feces with high microbial activity. - Those who voluntarily participate in the experiment. - Those who do not have congenital or chronic intestinal diseases. - Those who have not taken antibiotics and other drugs (vitamins, herbal medicines, etc.) that affect the ecology of the intestinal microbiota within the last 3 months.
