Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) those who are 19 years of age or older 2) onset of idiopathic facial nerve palsy (Bell's palsy) within 2 years of the interview date 3) have received at least one Korean medicine treatment (any type of treatment in Korean medicine institution) 4) those who voluntarily agreed to participate in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) those who have expressed their refusal to participate in the study 2) those who have a problem with oral communication or a cognitive impairment 3) if the person in charge of the study determines that it is not appropriate
