Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy male and female in their 20s and 30s

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Individuals with a history of severe back pain requiring medical treatment or leave from work. (2) Individuals experiencing acute pain during pelvic rotation or unable to perform the movement to its full extent due to tight hip muscles. (3) Individuals with cardiovascular diseases, metabolic diseases, rheumatoid diseases, osteoporosis, or other serious illnesses. (4) Individuals who have had surgery in the past 24 months, pregnant women, or women who have given birth in the past 12 months. (5) Individuals who sit with crossed legs but alternate the crossing leg.
