Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients in age between 30 and 80 years, having a will to participate in the study Peripherally located tumor in liver, which can be resectable by AR or NAR Good hepatic functional reserve (ICG < 15%)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Paitents with intrahepatic recurrence after previous hepatectomy Patients with advanced hepatoma (pT3–T4) Tumors which can be resectable by both procedure (AR or NAR) or centrally located
