Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Direct Care Workers Care workers who have been employed in long-term care facilities for at least six months. Individuals who understand the purpose of this study and voluntarily agree to participate. 2. Nurses Nurses who have been employed in long-term care facilities for at least six months. Individuals who understand the purpose of this study and voluntarily agree to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those without experience in caring for elderly individuals with dementia.
