Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Those who need maxillary sinus lift surgery due to severe bone defects/periodontitis/cyst (tumor) removal/maxillary sinus evaporation 2) When primary closure is possible 3) Patients who agree to participate in clinical trials and sign the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Pregnant women 2) Patients with uncontrolled metabolic diseases (diabetes, hypertension, etc.) 3) Those who have been administered drugs that may affect bone metabolism continuously for more than 7 days within the past 6 months (e.g. Bisphosphonates, Corticosteroids, denosumab, etc.) 4) Patients with uncontrolled gingivitis, periodontitis, and dental caries 5) Patients who have received radiation therapy in the treatment area 6) Patients who need to take anticoagulants due to uncontrolled bleeding disease 7) Patients allergic to bone graft materials 8) If you smoke more than 1 pack (20 cigarettes) per day 9) If the investigator determines that participation in the clinical trial is inappropriate because it may affect other ethical or clinical trial results.
