Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy adult men and women who exercised for more than 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who have pain in the muscles for electromyography measurement Those who cannot perform squat movements Those who took muscle relaxants on the day of exercise Those with pain in the soles of the feet and muscle pain around the joints at the time of study
