Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Age between 20 and 65 years old ? No prior history of antipsychotic use ? Y-BOCS scale score of 14 or higher, indicating moderate to severe obsessive-compulsive symptoms ? Have been taking a stable dose of antidepressant medication for at least 1 month
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Past or present diagnosis of any other psychiatric condition by SCID-5-CV ? Past or present serious internal medical conditions ? Those with a past or present history of substance dependence or abuse ? Those with a history of epilepsy, head trauma, or temperamental psychiatric disorders
