Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients scheduled for conservative or surgical treatment of a fragility fracture (vertebral compression fracture, hip fracture, ankle fracture) at our hospital. 2) Patients with a score of 4 or more on the simple five-item questionnaire (SARC-F) 3) Patients who can be followed up for at least 2 years. 4) Patients who have given informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who have not given informed consent 2) Patients who are unable to make voluntary decisions (dementia, depressive disorders, and other psychiatric conditions) 3) Patients with concomitant neurological conditions
