Interventions

Others : A cluster randomized controlled trial will be conducted, where the intervention group will receive group reminiscence therapy using an individualized life storybook (once a week, for 6 weeks)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Older adults aged 65 years and above, and who understand the purpose of the study and agreed survey and participation 2) Individuals diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment by a physician 3) Those who have no difficulty reading and writing in Korean

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Individuals diagnosed with dementia or with a MoCA-K score of 16 or below 2) Those who have been hospitalized or received treatment for health reasons within the last three months 3) Individuals undergoing treatment for psychiatric issues 4) Those with speech or hearing impairments(however, individuals with speech or hearing impairments who are deemed to have no communication issues when using aids are not excluded)
