Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Over the age of 50 2)Users of welfare facilities for the elderly (care facilities, day care centers) 3)Those who have a guardian who can accompany him/her when he/she listens to medical history and participates in research 4)Those who agreed in writing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) When brain diseases that can be the main cause of cognitive decline are accompanied: Normal hyperhydrophilia, Louis somatic dementia, autoimmune encephalitis 2) Infectious or metabolic diseases that can cause cognitive decline: Syphilis, AIDS dementia, vitamin B12 deficiency or folate deficiency, hypothyroidism 3) Patients diagnosed with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, substance use disorder, etc. and being treated 4) A person who has severe vision loss, severe hearing loss, or communication impairment to the extent that intervention and effectiveness evaluation cannot be conducted 5) A person who has difficulty cooperatively participating in the study until the end in the judgment of the researcher 6) A person who disagrees with research
