Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Nurses, care workers, social workers and physical therapist in nursing homes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A person who has difficulty using a computer to access the Internet and type, but who does not provide direct care for residents in nursing home.
