Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Adults aged 65 and older scheduled to receive the recombinant zoster vaccine (Recombinant Zoster Vaccine, RZV) at Bundang Seoul National University Hospital. ?For 100 individuals, screening will be conducted using the K-FRAIL tool, with plans to enroll 40 in the robust group, 40 in the pre-frail group, and 20 in the frail group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Individuals with immunosuppression (e.g., undergoing cancer treatment within the past 5 years, taking immunosuppressive drugs, or having autoimmune diseases) ?Individuals who have received another vaccination within the past 2 weeks ?Individuals who have had a shingles infection within the past year ?Individuals who have received the Zostavax vaccine within the past year ?Individuals who do not consent to participate in this study and the follow-up study
