Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Common Selection Criteria Adults aged 18 and over Those who have agreed to participate in the study Those who meet the selection criteria for each of the following disease groups A. Heart Disease Patients with heart disease who need self-managed exercise therapy Patients who visit the department of rehabilitation medicine for rehabilitation after recovering from heart disease B. Diabetes or Hypertension Patients with stable blood sugar and blood pressure under medication therapy, requiring concurrent exercise therapy C. Cerebrovascular Disease Patients with paralysis due to cerebral infarction or hemorrhage, who are able to exercise independently D. Post-Joint Replacement Surgery Patients Patients after knee or hip joint replacement surgery Patients who visit the clinic for rehabilitation therapy after knee or hip joint replacement surgery E. Patients with Back or Shoulder Pain Patients requiring continuous exercise therapy after treatment for back or shoulder pain F. Parkinson’s Disease Patients Patients diagnosed with Parkinson's disease, under medication and rehabilitation, who can walk more than 5 meters with the aid of a walking aid Patients diagnosed with Parkinson's disease, under medication and rehabilitation, who can walk more than 5 meters without the aid of a walking aid G. Elderly Suspected of Sarcopenia Elderly complaining of muscle weakness Those who are capable of walking and maintaining cardiopulmonary function sufficient to converse while walking H. Healthy Adults Healthy adults without any special diseases
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with uncontrolled internal or surgical diseases (such as hypertension, diabetes, cardiovascular disease) Patients who experience breathlessness severe enough to prevent conversation even during light activities such as slow walking Patients with psychiatric or neurological disorders that prevent walking or cause balance disorders Patients with severe aphasia to the extent that communication is not possible Other cases where the researcher determines that the participant's condition makes it difficult to participate in the clinical trial
