Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who underwent artificial knee joint replacement surgery 2. Patients receiving treatment for spinal spondylosis or intervertebral disc herniation 3. Member registration

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) When a research participant withdraws consent to participate 2) When research cannot be continued due to a serious adverse reaction or sudden accident 3) When unwilling or unable to comply with the visits and procedures specified in the plan 4) In cases where it is difficult to continue the study due to severe complications 5) When patients who do not meet the selection criteria participate in the study 6) If a patient meeting the exclusion criteria participated in the study 7) If the research director determines that it will interfere with the continuation of other research.
