Inclusion criteria: 1. Are you a current student at a domestic university? 2. Are you between the ages of 20 and 29?

Exclusion criteria: 1. Do you have any past or current experience of receiving psychiatric therapy? 2. Are you currently undergoing any other psychological therapy?
