Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 65 years or older but less than 85 years old 2) Diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus 3) Currently undergoing treatment with oral hypoglycemic agents or insulin 4) Mentally alert and capable of providing informed consent and completing questionnaires 5) Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score greater than 5

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Currently taking sleeping pills 2) Diagnosed with mental disorders (depression, anxiety disorders) 3) Presence of ear lesions or tape allergies 4) Currently receiving other complementary and alternative therapies
