Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Common Selection Criteria: - Adults aged 18 and over - Those who have consented to participate in the study - Those who meet the selection criteria for each of the following disease groups: A. Cerebrovascular Disease Patients with paralysis due to cerebral infarction or hemorrhage who are capable of exercising independently B. Knee Osteoarthritis Patients who visit for rehabilitation therapy for knee osteoarthritis C. Adhesive Capsulitis Patients requiring continuous exercise therapy after treatment for shoulder pain D. Healthy Individuals

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Cases with uncontrolled internal or surgical diseases (such as hypertension, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases) - Cases where the patient experiences breathlessness severe enough to prevent conversation, even during light activities such as slow walking - Cases with psychiatric or neurological disorders that make walking or maintaining balance impossible - Cases accompanied by severe aphasia to the extent that communication is not possible - Other cases where the researcher determines that the participant's condition makes participation in the clinical trial difficult
