Inclusion criteria: · Those who voluntarily agreed to participate in the study · College students spending exam period

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: · Those who did not agree to participate in the study · Those who have had or have had surgical surgery on their neck in the past · Those with neck trauma · Those taking medication to reduce pain in the neck and shoulder area · Those with fibromyalgia · Other people with neurological problems in the neck · Persons under 18 years of age · pregnant woman
