Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Among patients visiting the outpatient department of the Department of Integrated Dentistry at Yonsei University Dental Hospital, those who have been diagnosed with intellectual disability or developmental disability (autism) and whose guardian can brush their teeth or who can receive help from their guardian when brushing their teeth - Those with 16 or more teeth including implants and bridges - The patient's guardian is capable of using an Android-based smartphone.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Patients with only primary teeth - Patients with orthodontic devices attached to the oral cavity - Patients receiving head and neck radiation therapy - Pregnant women, lactating women - When the research subject withdraws consent - Patients deemed inappropriate by other researchers
