Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A. Initiating standard 6 months treatment regimen (2RHZE/4RH) for active tuberculosis at a study facility during the study period. B. 1 months or less from the initiation of TB treatment. C. 17 years old or more

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A. Confirmed as drug-resistant TB B. Decided to start of switch to 2nd line drug regimen due to clinical reasons C. Prisoners
