Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Nurses who have experienced one or more forms of violence, including physical violence, psychological violence, or sexual harassment, within the past year 2) Nurses working at a general hospital or higher 3) Nurses whose primary duties involve providing direct or indirect nursing care to patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Those with less than one year of clinical experience 2) Those who are receiving regular psychological counseling or psychological intervention programs 3) Those who are receiving medication for a psychiatric diagnosis
