Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria are 1) those with cervical pain with an NRS score of 3 or higher, 2) those without inflammatory lesions or trauma to the ear.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Those who are currently receiving complementary and alternative therapies such as acupuncture and ear pressure therapy. 2) Those who are taking medication or receiving hospital treatment for cervical pain. 3) Those who have had cervical spine surgery within the past 6 months.
