Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Orthopedic patients aged 65 to under 85 who perform a regular total knee replacement

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? patients with history of anaphylaxis or allergy to benzodiazepine ? patients with cardiovascular diseases that are difficult to control, such as arrhythmia or heart failure ? patients who do not agree to participate in this study ? In case of emergency surgery ? patients with epilepsy ? When using other benzodiazepine drugs or tricyclic antidepressants in combination ? If there is a dementia or a cognitive dysfunction (brain function disease)
