Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Office workers diagnosed with non-specific red eye pain by a doctor

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Those with fractures, spine surgery, or other orthopedic diseases - Those with central nervous system disease such as brain damage - Those with neurological symptoms such as numbness or burning sensation in the upper extremities
