Behavioral : An app-based self-management program based on the TTM was applied to the experimental group for 12 weeks as an experimental treatment. The program has three primary components: customized
exercise and body composition monitoring
and online self-help meetings. Once a week, customized individual coaching for each stage of change was delivered via text messages using the app and phone calls. In addition, it also included an app

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants in this study are breast cancer survivors who meet the following inclusion criteria Adult female, 19 years of age or older, diagnosed with breast cancer, who has completed active treatment with chemotherapy or radiation therapy ( except for hormonal therapy), has access to the internet via a device such as a smartphone or tablet, has access to a telephone, and has consented to the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects were excluded if they had a serious disability that prevented them from exercising (cardiovascular disease, joint disease, shortness of breath), were underweight (BMI =18.4 g/m2), or had a communication disorder.
