Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Burn patients who have participated in completed or ongoing microbiome studies. Patients who received extracorporeal shock wave therapy (ESWT) for burn scars. Adult patients aged 19 to under 65 who visited or were admitted to Hangang Sacred Heart Hospital after suffering burns, and whose burn wounds have been completely healed through aseptic treatment or skin graft surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cases where steroids or antibiotics have been applied or taken within the past 2 weeks. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, and women with a possibility of pregnancy. Cases with chronic diseases like diabetes or skin disorders that can affect the skin condition. Cases with an infection in the scar area.
