Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Individuals who have undergone Endothermal Ablation for unilateral or bilateral lower limbs with Chronic Venous Disease (CVD) and voluntarily consent to participate in this study. Individuals aged 18 to less than 65, capable of making independent and voluntary decisions. Patients with clinical stage C2 in both lower limbs: Definition of C2 includes 1) External varix (protruding varicose veins) or 2) Vessels where reflux is observed with a diameter of 3.0mm or more.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients under 18 years old or above 65 years old (with potential limitations in autonomous and voluntary decision-making). Foreign patients with communication difficulties. Patients for whom follow-up observations are not feasible. Patients with a d-dimer level of 0.5 or higher in preoperative blood tests and those taking aspirin for anticoagulation purposes before and after the procedure. Patients with Peripheral Arterial Occlusive Disease (PAOD) corresponding to ABI<0.6. Patients with clinical stage C4 or higher on one side or both sides. Patients continuously using analgesics for pain control due to other medical conditions (e.g., rheumatoid arthritis). Individuals with previous experience of wearing medical compression stockings.
