Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Patients without exclusion criteria among adult (18 years old or older) patients admitted to medicine intensive care units of five university hospitals during the study period. -Patients who have given written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Patients with psychological diseases - Patients who have not given written informed consent. - Patients with RASS -4 or -5 during ICU stay - Patients transferred to general wards within 24 hours of admission to the intensive care unit - Comatose patients due to cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage
