Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Adults aged 19 years and older - Patients with teeth requiring implant placement due to periodontal disease, tooth fracture, dental caries, etc. - Patients whose teeth morphology and bone quality are suitable for immediate placement after extraction, and who can achieve an insertion torque of 20N or more

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Patients under the age of 19 -Patients with uncontrolled metabolic systemic diseases (e.g., diabetes) -Patients with a history of radiation therapy to the head and neck area and chemotherapy treatment -Patients who have taken medication that inhibits bone metabolism (such as the Bisphosphonate class or Denosumab class) within the last 4 months -Patients suffering from systemic or oral diseases that are contraindications to implant surgery -Patients who exhibit an insertion torque of less than 20N during implant surgery -Patients who smoke more than one pack of cigarettes per day -Patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding
