Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Healthy adult men and women over 18 years of age - A person who understands the entire research process and can follow the researcher's instructions - Those who do not have neurological diseases that may affect the research results - Those with no orthopedic disease or history that may affect the research results - Those who voluntarily agreed to participate in the study after receiving an explanation of the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Those who expressed discontinuation of participation during the study - Those whose collected data showed omissions that could have a significant impact on the research results - Those who have received manual therapy on their lower extremities within the past 3 months - Those who have undergone lower extremity surgery within the past 12 months
