Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)A nurse who is taking care of a critical care patient with one or more medical devices 2)a nurse with a total of less than nine years of critical care experience 3)Nurses who listened to the purpose and procedure of the study and voluntarily participated in the training program

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Nurses under 3 months who are not taking care of critically ill patients with medical devices 2)an experienced nurse with a total intensive care unit experience of more than 10 years
