Inclusion criteria: -Healthy adult male in his 20s and 30s -Subjects without pain in the upper extremities, including the neck and shoulders

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Those who have pain in the upper extremities, including the neck and shoulders -Those with a history of surgery on the upper extremities, including the shoulder joint
