Inclusion criteria: - A person currently working as a police officer - Those who agree with the purpose and value of the research and allow participation - Those who have no difficulty using smartphone applications in daily life

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - A person who has been working as a police officer for less than 1 month - Those receiving psychiatric treatment
