Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Nurses who have agreed to participate in the study; Nurses who currently provide direct care to patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Nurses who do not provide direct nursing care to patients; Nurses in the process of receiving training during the orientation and preceptorship period
