Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Men and women aged 19 to 70 who voluntarily expressed their intention to participate - People with a Bristol Stool Scale (BSS) of type 1 to 3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Pregnant or planning to become pregnant, breastfeeding mothers - Individuals taking dietary supplements or medications affecting gastrointestinal function - Those who have undergone gastrointestinal-related surgery
