Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients requiring posterior lumbar interbody fusion surgery with 1 or 2 segments due to degenerative lumbar disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) People suffering from acute infectious diseases 2) Those with bleeding diseases 3) Those who are pregnant, lactating, or of childbearing age and do not agree to maintain contraception during the clinical study period 4) Those diagnosed with malignant tumor 5) Those who have participated in other research within 4 weeks 6) Other persons judged by the PI to be unsuitable for participation in clinical research
