Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria for the study were: age 65 or older; no upper extremity function problems; no neurological or musculoskeletal conditions that would interfere with exercise performance; ability to communicate and understand the exercise process; ability to perform a series of exercises without difficulty; and ability to read and write.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for the study include severe arthritis and balance problems, shoulder and wrist joint surgery within the last six months, limited or painful upper extremity range of motion, neurological or musculoskeletal conditions that may interfere with exercise performance, difficulty reading and comprehending written language, visual, vestibular, or somatosensory problems, or dizziness.
