Procedure/Surgery : A 100ml multimodal cocktail [ropivacaine 300mg (0.75% 20ml 2A), morphine sulfate 10mg (5mg 2A), ketorolac 30mg (1A), epinephrine 300ug (1:1000, 0.3ml), cefuroxime 750mg, normal sal

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with primary knee osteoarthritis undergoing total knee arthroplasty.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. arthritis other than primary osteoarthritis (rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, gouty arthritis, lupus arthritis, infectious arthritis, etc.). 2. Patients undergoing surgery for both knees simultaneously. 3. Patients who have undergone total knee arthroplasty on the opposite knee within the last 3 months. 4. Patients undergoing revision total knee arthroplasty 5. Patients undergoing surgery with general anesthesia instead of spinal anesthesia. 6. Patients who do not consent to participate in the study.
