Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: BMI 25 ~ 30 kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A person currently under treatment for severe cardiovascular, immune, respiratory, gastrointestinal/hepatic and biliary systems, kidney and urinary systems, nervous systems, psychotropic, infectious diseases and malignant tumors. A person who has had obesity surgery within a year. A person who has taken a drug that affects his or her weight within one month.
