Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA class II-III adult patients (ages 19 - 69) Patients undergoing gynecological surgery via laparoscopy Patients diagnosed with diabetes mellitus before surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Children (< 19 years of age) 2) Elderly (= 70 years) 3) Pregnant and nursing mothers 4) Patients with unstable vital signs 5) Patients at high risk of pulmonary aspiration 6) Individuals taking medications that can affect gastrointestinal motility (opioids, antispasmodics) 7) Patients receiving enteral tube nutrition 8) Emergency surgery 9) Patients who do not consent to participate in the study 10) Patients with liver or kidney disease
