Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.40 adults aged 19 years old 2. A patient who implementation is performed through rear accessories (cooperative symptoms, disk) through rear approaches to the rear infection

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a previous history of surgery with rear access 2. Patients performing lateral incisions rather than midline incisions 3. surgery due to tumor, trauma or infection 4. surgery due to spinal deformity
